We are looking for a Content & Design Assistant to join our Marketing & Communications team. In this role, you will play a key part in creating and scheduling engaging content across our social media channels, supporting the Social Media Lead and Senior Graphic Designer, and assisting the wider marketing team with digital and administrative tasks.
You will gain practical experience in content creation, graphic design, photography, and videography, while contributing to campaigns, website updates, and other marketing projects. You will also work on a range of internal and external marketing materials such as branded merchandise, posters, learner resources, infographics, corporate stationery, and presentations.
This is a varied role that offers exposure to multiple aspects of digital marketing in a supportive, collaborative environment, providing opportunities to develop creative, technical, and professional skills while promoting the ACT brand.
This role is Hybrid with a 3/2 split (3 office days and 2 homeworking).
ACT is committed to promoting the Welsh language for both staff and learners. While not essential, the ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
Create engaging content for social media and other digital platforms.
Assist the Senior Graphic Designer with brand-compliant design work.
Support the Social Media Lead with photography and videography.
Schedule and monitor posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels.
Manage social media leads and enquiries.
Support website updates and ensure content is accurate and up to date.
Assist with campaign activity, events, and wider marketing projects.
Contribute creatively to team brainstorming sessions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ensure a consistent design language and identity across all marketing materials.
Support the Marketing & Communications department in achieving strategic goals.
