Are you passionate about helping young people build confidence and prepare for a brighter future? We're looking for an enthusiastic and supportive Skills Tutor to join our Jobs Growth Wales+ (JGW+) team on a temporary basis.

About the Role
As a Skills Tutor, you’ll design and deliver engaging learning sessions and enrichment activities for young people aged 16–19 who are not currently in education, training, or employment (NEET). You’ll help learners build essential skills, explore future career paths, and develop the confidence to move forward—whether into further education or the workplace.
Your key responsibilities will include: (please see attached Job Description for more details)
· Delivering meaningful, creative, and accessible learning sessions
· Supporting learner wellbeing and personal development
· Running practical mini-projects, volunteering tasks, and enterprise activities
· Travelling between local centres if required to support learners
· Inspiring young people to believe in their potential

What to Expect
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend a face-to-face interview at one of our centres. You will be asked to complete a work-based task, such as a micro-teach—full details will be provided in advance.
