Be the Change!
If you're passionate about the environment and driven by a sense of responsibility to shape a more sustainable future, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact where it matters most—education.
We’re looking for someone who not only believes in sustainability but lives it—someone ready to take that passion and channel it into action. In this role, you’ll be more than a champion of green values; you’ll become a catalyst for cultural change. You’ll guide our organisation and partners toward more sustainable practices and inspire our staff and learners to think differently about their place in the world.
Imagine the ripple effect of your work: each learner you influence today could become a sustainability leader tomorrow. You won’t just pass on knowledge—you’ll ignite purpose, shape mindsets, and help raise a generation that doesn’t just talk about change, but creates it.
This is your chance to embed sustainability into the heart of what we do—across our business, our partners, and most importantly, in the minds of future changemakers.
Join us. Lead the way. Let’s build a better world together, starting with education.
You will offer advice and guidance to leaders, managers, staff and learners to ensure environmental compliance across ACT/ALS and our partners.
A full driving licence is essential.
The role fits within the Facilities Team reporting to the Facilities Manager.
