What you’ll do:  

We are looking for a passionate individual to work as part of an Administrative support team supporting our Apprenticeship route Managers, Assessors and Support staff with administrative tasks such as bookings exams and controlled tasks, invigilation, setting up e-portfolio accounts and liaising with learners and employers via telephone.

The role sits within the Apprenticeship Administration team reporting to the Training Manager and is based in Ocean Park House, Cardiff.

ACT is committed to promoting the Welsh language for both staff and learners, and whilst it is not considered essential criteria, the ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role.

What we need from you:

  1. One year office experience
  2. Experience using Microsoft packages
  3. 3 GCSE’s (or equivalent) Grade C or above
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Team player with ability to work on own initiative
  6. Organised and able to manage own workload
  7. To uphold ACT Values
