What you’ll do:  

We are seeking an organised and efficient Data Entry Clerk/Finance Officer to join our busy Finance Department at Ocean Park House, Cardiff. This hybrid role offers a 3/2 split between office and remote work. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for entering financial data into our accounting system, analysing data for accurate postings, reviewing, and entering bank transactions, and processing weekly learner allowance payments.

You will also support the Procurement Manager with purchasing functions and assist Senior Finance Officers with daily accounting tasks.

The ideal candidate will have an AAT qualification or be willing to work towards it.

Part time hours/job share will be considered for the right candidate.
