We are looking for a Digital Assessor who demonstrates genuine respect for every learner, communicates with openness and integrity, and brings innovation and creativity to their approach to learning and assessment. You will be motivated to inspire and empower learners to take ownership of their development and achieve their goals, while maintaining clarity in your planning, decision-making and communication. What you’ll do:
Manage a caseload of learners, ensuring all key milestones are met, including:
Initial contact with learner and employer within required timescales
Completion of induction and Individual Learning Plans within 28 days
Regular progress reviews (monthly)
Plan and deliver engaging, learner-centred training and assessment using a range of digital methods
Mark and provide feedback on learner work within agreed turnaround times (within 2 weeks)
Monitor progress closely, setting clear, realistic targets and taking action where learners fall behind
Build strong working relationships with employers, ensuring they are actively involved in reviews and learner progress
Deliver a consistent, high-quality learning experience aligned to awarding body, Welsh Government and ACT requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records (e.g. OneFile, Vision) to reflect learner progress and compliance
Identify additional learning needs and put appropriate support in place
Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of delivery

What we need from you:
We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy, target-driven environment and can manage competing priorities effectively.
You will demonstrate:
· Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple learners and deadlines
· Experience delivering training, coaching or assessment in a digital or IT-related area
· Confidence using digital systems and managing learner data accurately
· A proactive approach to tracking progress and resolving issues early
· The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both learners and employers
· A focus on delivering outcomes and maintaining high standards of quality
· Assessor qualification OR PGCE
