We are pleased to invite applications for the role of Learner Journey Officer within our Professional Services team, supporting the delivery of CIPD Apprenticeships.

About the Role:

You will work closely with tutors, learners and employers to ensure apprentices are fully supported throughout their programme, achieve all required outcomes, and complete within agreed timescales.

The role focuses on:

  • Monitoring learner progress and supporting achievement of IALP outcomes

  • Maintaining accurate and compliant documentation using OneFile, Vision and internal systems

  • Ensuring all activity meets Welsh Government, awarding organisation and ALS quality requirements

  • Building professional relationships with employers to maintain engagement and progression opportunities

  • Supporting recruitment and new starts where required

Person Specification

What we are looking for

Experience
Experience of supporting individuals to achieve structured goals, targets or qualifications.
Experience of managing documentation, records or compliance processes accurately and within deadlines.
Experience of working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders (e.g. learners, employers, colleagues or external partners).
Experience of using digital systems to manage caseloads, records or performance data
Qualifications & Knowledge
CIPD L3 or working towards
Good understanding of ESWs
Good understanding of CIPD Apprenticeship
Understanding of apprenticeship frameworks or work-based learning programmes.
Awareness of quality assurance processes and the importance of compliance with awarding organisation or funding body requirements.
