ACT seeks a dynamic individual to assist learners in obtaining Management & Business apprenticeship qualifications. You will assess, train, and guide learners through various apprenticeships and Essential Skills, ensuring a seamless learner journey. 

With experience of working within Business Services in a Managerial role, you will manage a caseload of learners across Wales, ensuring timely qualification achievement.

Not a qualified Assessor? Don’t worry for the right candidate we will support you in obtaining the relevant Assessor’s qualification, all we ask is the determination to achieve this.

This field based role requires regular face to face meetings with learners at their workplace as well as attendance at department meetings/training at Head Office.

What we are looking for

Experience
Minimum of 5 years experience within a managerial position
Experience of working within Business Services role such as Business administration and customer services
Qualifications & Knowledge
Assessing Qualification - or willingness to achieve this
Skills & Attributes
Ability to support and develop others
Proven track record of meeting targets
Team player with ability to work on own initiative.
Well organised
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
